This piece was named for Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi."  I used the vinyl to illustrate that a "tree museum" would look very beautiful, yet completely lifeless in its beauty.  The material also reflected its surroundings, as does our natural environment.  
I painted my Hilux bright yellow and created a travelling exhibition with the installation.  It was moved to a new spot each day of Strand Ephemera, 2009.
