The Kuranda Arts Cooperative Ltd is a support network for both fine and craft artists and its objectives are to respond to artist needs and market opportunities. The Co-op mentors new and emerging artists.

KACL began as a collective market stall at Kuranda Heritage markets in 1996 with 11 participants and in 1997 formed a registered co-operative.
