Nicky Carey is an irish contempary visual artist and poet who now lives and works in the inner southern suburbs of Brisbane.
In his work he attempts to retain a childhood vision of the world, and salvage from childhood energies of on-going existence.
He uses a range of mediums to express himself including print making, acrylic & water colour paintings on paper, oil & acrylic on canvas, pastel drawings, sculpture and poetry.
