As the title suggests, 'Lake Tyers, Boundary Trees' is an exploration of the wall of trees along the boundary fence of a house yard of a holiday house in Lake Tyers, East Gippsland, Victoria. The tracery of leaves the interplay of shadows and foliage, the effect of sunlight passing through are captured in the initial linework of the watercolour pencils and the brush washes that spread and bled the colour pigment afterwards.
