Anne Spencer is a Sydney based artist whose practise covers a wide range of painting and drawing mediums.
Anne mainly exhibits at Charles Hewitt Gallery in Sydney and has recently completed several private commissions for clients in Zurich,London and Sydney.
Anns work will be available for sale at Inart Studio Gallery at The Affordable Art Fair, Metropolitan Pavilion 125 West 18th street New York 2-6th April 2014
Anne’s artwork has sold solidly since her first sell out Exhibition in 2005 at Newport Artworks. She has had two solo exhibitions as well as various mixed shows. Anne is currently exhibiting with the Charles Hewitt Gallery at Marrickville in Sydney and with Inart Studios.
Anne has studied with the Julian Ashton art school, with Graeme Inson . More recently she has completed a year’s study of the traditional techniques of Oil Painting with Celia Gullet and an Australian Art appreciation Course with the NSW Art Gallery. She has completed short courses too at the National Art School in Sydney and she has painted in France and Victoria with teachers Wendy Sharpe and Jo Bertini.
