Curriculum Vitae of Carol Roche

Carol was born in Newcastle Australia and held her first exhibition in Ireland where she lived and worked until returning to Australia in 1980. She then operated a studio/gallery in McWhirters Artspace, Brisbane until 1993.

Since 1993 Carol has used her design, material skills and experience in the creation of two and three-dimensional artworks for the public, corporate and private sectors.

Carol is represented in USA by Arlene Angard Gallery, Madison Ave & 71st Street NYC

Carol currently works from her studio at Cleveland, Brisbane, Australia

2008        Public Art Project at Capalaba Regional Park (Collaborative) for Redland Shire Council, working with Boystown clients and local school children to create sculptural ciment fondu, stainless steel and ceramic elements in pathway and surrounding Park area.

2008        Public Art Project at Wellington Point reserve, children’s playground maze sculptures, with ciment fondu, ceramic elements and stainless steel path inserts. For Redland Shire Council facilitating workshops with the local school children
